Bridging Emergent Science with the Ancient Wisdom of Consciousness Expanding Plant Medicines

What is Plant Med Health?
Why Plant Medicine?

Plant Medicine refers specifically to the mysterious healing powers of consciousness expanding plants and fungi, of species that can be found on every corner of planet Earth. For millennia civilizations have been supporting their health and consciousness with the inner wisdom of various plants, understanding that nature is our most comprehensive apothecary. When utilized within specific settings and integrated with supportive energy and mind-body practices, Plant Medicines, also known as Psychedelic Medicines, have the potential to heal mental health ailments such as depression, anxiety and PTSD, help to unroot trauma and alleviate the underlying pain at the source of addictive behaviors, as well as be a catalyst to endless personal growth, creativity and self-love.

Plant Med Health is a union of sacred rituals honoring the mystery of Nature’s wisdom with emerging scientific studies, as well as practical Mind Body practices such as breathwork, dance, yoga or meditation, to provide you the safest healing container with principles of harm reduction, informed consent, spiritual sovereignty, body autonomy and the utmost integrity and reciprocity with Mother Earth.

Plant Med Health embodies a radically different healing model than what Western Medicine offers. Plant Medicines are not “magic pills” that take our symptoms away. Rather, Plant Medicines ask us to be a proactive participant in our healing and involve our commitment to inner work, curiosity, self-discovery and introspection, as well as the courage to face our deepest fears. Plant Medicines are powerful tools to empower us to develop a deeper relationship with ourselves, and thus support us in expanding our consciousness and awareness of any imbalances within ourselves, whether on a physical, emotional, or spiritual level, which may be at the core of our illness.

Plant Med Health aims to support your Inner Healer, that Self that is connected to Source, or Creator, to bring back into balance what might have manifested as physical or mental dis-ease by the contributing pressures of modern society as well as forgetting who we truly are. When approached with deep respect and reverence, Plant Medicines help us remember our roots by connecting to Mother Earth, embracing our wild nature, and reclaiming our personal power to bring harmony during this pivotal time on planet Earth.

Over the past three decades, modern medicine studies have just started to elucidate the mechanisms of action of the active compounds found within Plant Medicines, such as DMT, Psilocybin and Mescaline. By promoting neuroplasticity in the brain, these Medicines are showing tremendous promise in the treatment of mental health ailments such as depression, anxiety or PTSD, however, before embarking on a journey with any Plant Medicine, one must be ready to face any of the potential side effects of this process.
